What this notice covers

This notice explains how information is handled when you buy, receive, or present tickets for Ancestry, the ARTPOINT Concert Series benefit concert featuring Daymé Arocena, with The Blue Island Project opening.

Information collected

Checkout collects the purchaser’s name, email address, optional mobile number, admission type, package quantity, guest-ticket quantity, discount eligibility status, policy acceptance, order status, confirmation number, ticket identifiers, and check-in status. Discount codes are verified during checkout and are not stored with the order. The system also records payment-provider references needed to confirm or refund an order.

ARTPOINT does not store complete card or wallet credentials. Stripe handles card and supported wallet checkout.

How information is used

• process and verify ticket payments;
• issue ticket and receipt emails;
• prevent duplicate or invalid entry;
• answer ticket-holder questions and handle refunds or event changes;
• maintain financial, charitable-receipt, security, and attendance records required for the event.

Service providers

Information is shared only as needed with payment processors, email delivery providers, website hosting and database providers, and authorized event staff. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Ticket-purchaser information is not sold.

Organizer access and security

The ticket registry is restricted to approved organizer accounts signed in through ChatGPT. Admission codes are unique bearer credentials; ticket holders should not post or share them. Technical and organizational controls are used to limit access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and requests

Order, payment-reference, receipt, and attendance records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for ticket administration, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, email tickets@artpointfoundation.com. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate financial obligations require it.

Changes

If this notice changes materially before checkout, the version presented at purchase will be recorded with the order.
