Ticket terms
Effective 2026-09-03.5
Ticket license
Each guest ticket is a revocable license for one person to attend the event identified in the confirmation email. General Admission is unreserved. VIP includes reserved seating assigned by the organizer. Table choices are sold as complete packages for two or four guests, reserve one table per package, and include the dinner stated at checkout; the organizer assigns the final table location. Eligibility-based discount codes may carry an identification requirement shown on the issued ticket, and valid identification must be presented at entry. A ticket may be rejected or voided if it is duplicated, refunded, obtained through fraud, or used in violation of these terms.
Payment, fees, and delivery
A 5% ticketing and processing fee is added to each order and itemized before payment. The fee supports secure payment processing, ticket delivery, and event ticket administration. The order is complete only after the payment provider confirms payment and ARTPOINT issues a confirmation number. Tickets are delivered to the purchaser email entered at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for entering a working email address and safeguarding each QR admission code.
Entry and event changes
Each QR code can be admitted once. Event staff may request reasonable proof of the order or purchaser identity when a ticket cannot be validated. Artists, opening acts, program details, schedule, and venue arrangements may change when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated using the purchaser contact information.
Refunds and transfers
Pre-sale draft policy: ticket sales are final except when the event is canceled, when the organizer expressly offers a refund for a material change, or when applicable law requires one. If the event is rescheduled, the organizer will state whether the original ticket remains valid and any available refund deadline. Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for unauthorized promotions.
Accessibility and conduct
For access accommodations, group arrangements, or event questions, contact tickets@artpointfoundation.com. Attendees must follow reasonable venue, safety, age, and conduct rules. A person who creates a safety risk or materially disrupts the event may be refused entry or removed as permitted by law.
Charitable receipt information
A ticket purchase does not by itself guarantee a charitable deduction. If ARTPOINT provides charitable contribution information for this event, the receipt will separately identify the admission subtotal, ticketing fee, total paid, estimated fair-market value of the goods or services provided, and any amount that may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances; purchasers should retain their records and consult a tax adviser.
